Facility Access & Auction Sales:

The main priorities for our auction family are the safety of our stakeholders and delivering the best service in the industry to our customers. In that regard, here are a few updates and procedural announcements based on local and state mandates from our governor.

• Our sale this Tuesday, November 17th, beginning at 8:45 AM. It will be conducted in four lanes, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Registered Auction Access Dealers will be permitted to enter auction facilities on sale day. No visitors of any kind will be allowed in the auction. Dealers can obtain a physical bidder badge beginning at 7 AM Tuesday when they agree to the Requirements to attend the Physical Auction and turn in their Dealer Registration Form and Health survey. 
• All vehicles must be at the auction by 12:00 PM Monday to be registered for the weekly sale. Any vehicles arriving after 12 PM will be registered for the following week. Customers will be allowed on the property to preview vehicles throughout the week during gate hours. Auction personnel will manage the number of customers previewing vehicles and there may be long wait times to get on to the lot. 
• Transporters may access the lot any time for pick up or delivery during the gate hours. The number of people allowed on the lot at any given time will be controlled to maximize social distancing.  
• The office lobby will remain closed on sale day. On sale day you can make payments, or pick-up and Drop-off titles in lane 5.  With the exception of Sale Day, the office lobby is open with a capacity of 10 customers. You must wear a mask for entry. Any payments can be made electronically, such as faxing or texting your check or wire transfer. Titles will be sent to you by mail or overnight services.
