Congratulations to the staff and customers of Louisiana’s 1st Choice Auto Auction! We celebrated our 2nd Annual “Rockin’ Mardi Gras” with another fantastic party and another record sales event. The festivities started Monday night at Chesterton square with tons of great food, beer, and wine. Our friends from Spokane, The Cronkites, began the evening with some awesome classic rock and got the crowd warmed up and dancing. Then things really got going with Bag of Donuts. These guys know how to put on a show! They played for over 90 minutes and hardly took a breath. Those of you that were there know how much fun we had and we are already planning next year’s party (which will be February 10, 2015!).
The next day we had an unbelievable sale that ran smoothly and efficiently, while breaking all kinds of auction records. We had one of our biggest sales ever, but the crew operated like it was just another routine day. In fact, this Tuesday was the embodiment of our motto, “Outstanding Service Begins With Outstanding People.”! But we aren’t through with Mardi Gras! Tomorrow, March 4, we are going to have another big sale with a great consignment featuring ARI, lots of dealer cars and promises to be our biggest Mardi Gras day ever. Each dealer in attendance will receive 10,000 John Dough which will come in very handy for our next big event, our 12th Anniversary Sale on May 20. That event is shaping up to be another extravaganza with a crawfish boil, 1000 vehicles and over $20,000 in prizes at the John Dough Auction after the sale.
We are proud of Rockin’ Mardi Gras and want to thank all of you that attended the party and the auction. This has turned out to be the premier auction event in South Louisiana and next year will be even bigger and better with more music, more fun, more food, and more vehicles!
Laissez les bon temps (ROCKIN’) rouler!!!!!!!!
Please join us every Tuesday at 8:30 AM and find out why “Outstanding Service Begins With Outstanding People!”
