Our people go out of their way to make the auction experience a positive one for our customers. One of the things that we do well here is taking “ownership” of customers’ problems or issues. Taking ownership means that the problem is resolved and the customer is satisfied with the solution or the customer is taken to the appropriate manager for resolution. One of the advantages we have over other auctions is that all issues are resolved here, not at some far away corporate headquarters.
